I've consistently received genuine products from RoboticsBD, which I really appreciate. While some components are priced higher than in local markets, I don't mind paying extra for authenticity. That said, it would be great if they reconsidered pricing on non-electronic items like wires and prototyping boards, as those could be a bit more affordable.

RoboticsBD is an online store offering various electrical components and gadgets of all kinds. Though it offers a vast number of products, it has some issues. Firstly, some products are overpriced, while others are okay-ish. Secondly, they do not provide warranty, which means, often when complex components like microcontrollers fail (happened to me), you have no support. Thirdly, their second delivery partner, RedX, is slow and clumsy, often getting the address wrong. Keeping these things aside, they do offer fast delivery (1-2 days) and mostly quality products. Recommended for buying less complex products.

Still now, they have sent me the products on time. I have also purchased a pms5003 aqi sensor from the shop which isn’t working. I was told that I would get some technical support from the technical team on 23 or 24 December 24 to identify whether the sensor is okay or not if I can take that to the shop at office hour . Hope, I will get support from the technical team.

Before ordering I contacted to their given phone number as I needed the component urgently at Rajshahi. They delivered the product on their promised date. But sadly the particular product I bought became usable after few use. Prices here also seems pretty steep.
