had a good experience shopping here but the website could be much better. products are not well categorized, defaut sort is not sensible, product pages don’t even have enough information. cannot select text to copy and search (blocked using javascript without any valid reason). reviewing is unnecessarily complicated. you obviously want people to review because you’re offering discounts for reviews. i have no issues supporting a good business with a little bit of my time. but then, i don’t feel like reviewing because i can’t just leave a star review. i have to provide a written review. not only that, it should also have a title and a comment. sometimes it’s just not applicable. what review do i have to write for a push button? what do i comment? this is how you get garbage reviews, not proper reviews. this will be damaging in the long term. hopefully the people in charge of the website will fix this. there also seems to not be any good back end admin controls. when i went to order in person, i had to still create the order online using the shop’s computer. if there were good admin controls, the staff could just take my order and info and create the order themselves. that would’ve been much much faster. this is not only my opinion, everyone present in the shop felt this way. this degrades the custome experience. feel free to contact me if you need more info.

My arduino board didn’t work

I spent a lot of money and my arduino came and I was excited but when I tried to upload the code it didn’t work I didn’t expect this from a website like this and I didn’t get to finish my project in time I am very disappointed.

The overall service was average. I ordered a mist maker they provided me only the device without the circuit, without circuit this device has no uses, even though we can’t find the circuit anywhere else. Another thing is that they should made their location more easier to reach. Cashier should improve his behavior. Other employees were quite friendly except the cashier. That’s my experience with robotics bd after shopping 2 times

This shop has a wide variety of things to buy and the shiping procces is also very quick and easy. I also like how they update you on your order from time to time and also the coupons they sometimes givelike, if you buy something worth 1 million BDT, we will give you 20BDT...yeah. BUT, their price is waay too high, I can buy the same things from Patuatully for half the price! But anyways as I was saying, it’s a nice shop

One of the store advertised the price as 2000 tk. But, it was not available in there. So, I had to take it from them, which costs around 400 tk more.
Answer: In recent times, A lot of websites have shown a low/ attractive price without having the product in stock to attract website visitors or traffic. They try to sell the user tracking data to the ad company for revenue purposes. However, It is easy to detect this type of site.  1. An attractive/ low price than the market price. 2. Product is always out of stock. 3. No address.

Product কিনেই যদি দেখেন power adapter পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে voltage দিতে পারছে না তারপর এ shop কে জানানোর পর যখন বলে আমাদের অফিসে এসে product টি change করে নিতে হবে তাছাড়া উপায় নেই! যা অত্যন্ত অপেশাদার এবং পরবর্তীতে একই shop থেকে product কিনতেও demotivate করবে আর বিশ্বাসের জায়গায় তো ফাটল ধরবেই

I paid for my order on bKash and it took 1.5% charge as bkash fee which i havent seen in other e commerce website. Also it says free shipping orders over 5000, my order was over 15k and i had to pay extra 130 to sundarban. Please take care of your commitments or write the description as it really is.
