আসসালামু আলাইকুম,আশা করি ভালো আছেন সবাই। আমি কয়েক দিন আগে দুইটা volteg up modiul কিনলাম। সেইম প্রোডাক্ট অন্য সাইডে অনেক কম দিয়ে নেওয়া যেতো। তবুও আমি robotics কে ভালোবাসি,সে কারনে ওয়াডার করলাম। কিন্তু সার্কিটটা লাগানো পরে কোন "ভোল্টেজ voltage up" হয় না। এই ভাবে হলে,দিন দিন robotics bd প্রতি আস্তা হারাবে। ধন্যবাদ।

Answer: You purchased two identical items, both of which you claim are faulty. This is highly unlikely. We requested a video for verification, but you did not provide one. Despite this, you gave us a 1-star rating and complained about our non-replacement policy, even though you had accepted these terms before placing the order.

Delivery was good got on time.but Never ever buying anything from you guys again .
Answer: You have purchased two line tracking sensors which you have reviewed as negative. It is very unlikely that both sensors have a problem. You need to calibrate the sensor using white and black paper. If you do not calibrate the sensor correctly, it will not work. Please email us to find out more. ask@roboticsbd.com

আপনারা তো আমাকে ভালো প্রোডাক্ট দেন নাই।আপনাদের এখানে মোডিউল যেটা আছে সেটা তো আমাকে দেন নাই।আর এগুলো ঠিক মতো কাজ ও করছে না।ভোল্ট খালি ভাবে ভালোই দেখায়।কিন্তু কোনো ডিভাইস যখন লাগাই তখন ৩৫ ভোল্ট তো দুরের কথা ১০ ভোল্ট এর কাছেও আসে না।এতো বাজে।website এ আছে SYK আর আপনারা দিছেন VT যেটা একদম ফালতু মডিউল।<br /> <br /> <br />
Answer: SYK আর VT এগুলো ক্যাপাসিটর এগুলো কোনো মডেল না।  আপনি ঠিকমতো কানেক্ট করতে পারেন নাই। কিছুক্ষন ইউটউব এ ভিডিও ঢেকে প্রপার গ্রাউন্ডিং অথবা কতটুকু লোড নিবে না জেনে, ডাটাশিট না দেখে কাজ করতে গেলে কাজ কখনই হবে না। এক্ষেত্রে মডিউলে দোষ দিয়ে লাভ নাই

By far i have only bought 3 products but the mecanum wheels that i bought 4 pcs were absolutely trash. I couldn’t use them due to the fake connector. And how will i be able to put a motor through a badly 3d printed piece. I do not recommend this shop as a go to shop for rare products and items. Although this is just my idea, i wouldnt recommend the use of this shop unless they are willing to show the truth about them publicly
Answer: There is no such thing mentioned, "special bush" on the product listing page nor even in the pictures. As we are not committed to providing such an item. You got what you ordered on pictures?. As this item is not included we didn’t show it on our product picture and description.
