Should be more conscious about customer service

The overall service was average. I ordered a mist maker they provided me only the device without the circuit, without circuit this device has no uses, even though we can’t find the circuit anywhere else. Another thing is that they should made their location more easier to reach. Cashier should improve his behavior. Other employees were quite friendly except the cashier. That’s my experience with robotics bd after shopping 2 times

I really like the way they respond. Moreover, the website is not buggy as TechShopBD, which is a plus point. Your checkout capability without signing in really helped me a lot. Sometimes, one might not have enough time to create a user profile. So, a big thumbs up to you guys for creating such flexibility.

ধন্যবাদ জানাই , রোবোটিক্স বিডিকে । অর্ডার দেয়ার 3 দিনের মধ্যে ইনস্ট্রুমেন্ট গুলো পেয়েছি । আর তাদের প্যাকেটিং টাও চমৎকার ছিল । এখানে tangail এর লোকাল মার্কেট থেকে একই পণ্য রোবোটিক্স বিডির থেকে আরো বেশি দামে কিনতে হয়েছে । কিন্তু পণ্যের মান ভালো না হওয়ায় অনলাইন থেকে কিনার সিদ্ধান্ত নেই । যদিও ঢাকার বাইরে শিপিং cost একটু বেশি থাকে যা আমাদের মত স্টুডেন্ট দের জন্য একটু বেশি হয়ে যায় । তাও কর্তৃপক্ষকে অনুরোধ করবো এই খরচ টা আরো কমিয়ে আনা যায় কি না । সবশেষে আবারো ধন্যবাদ জানাই , অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে সুন্দর প্যাকেট করে পাঠানোর জন্য ♥️

আপনাদের প্রোডাক্ট ভালো ছিলো কিন্তু আমি যে উদ্দেশ্যে সেটা ফুলফিল না হওয়াতে প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পরেরদিন ই সেটা রিফান্ড দিতে চাইছিলাম কিন্তু সেটা নেয়নি, এমনকি আমি অর্ধেক দামেও দিতে চাইছি তাও নেয়নি। ব্যাটারি ব্যাকআপ খুবই কম।বাদবাকি সব ঠিক আছে।

This shop has a wide variety of things to buy and the shiping procces is also very quick and easy. I also like how they update you on your order from time to time and also the coupons they sometimes givelike, if you buy something worth 1 million BDT, we will give you 20BDT...yeah. BUT, their price is waay too high, I can buy the same things from Patuatully for half the price! But anyways as I was saying, it’s a nice shop
