Firstly, I must say that the product itself is of good quality and meets my expectations in terms of performance and functionality. It has proven to be a valuable addition to my equipment.\r\n\r\nHowever, upon inspection, I noticed that there were some scratches on a few of the piezos. This discovery was quite disappointing and took away from the overall experience. As a customer, I expect products to arrive in pristine condition, especially when they are brand new.\r\n\r\n\r\n
